leave의 의미.

1. 떠나다 ( leave + 장소 :  99%)

When do you leave?

I wanna leave my school.

I wanna leave you.

2. 남기다.

Where do you leave it?

I wanna leave you at + 장소

i wanna leave you는  관용적으로 떠나기를 원해 라고 해석되지만 너를 남기기를 원해도 말이 되기는 하다. 그래서 왼만하면

마지막에 at + 장소를 명시하여 확실히 하는것이 좋다.

so, Let's leave it at that 그럼 그냥 그대로 두자.

~ 할 준비가 되어있다만 해석 할게 아니라.

~ 하려고 하다. 라는 의미도 알아 둘것 그래야 아래의 문장처럼 해석하는 참사는 없을것이다..

she's ready to cry. 그녀는 울 준비가 되어있다?? 

1. be ready for + 명사

I'm ready for this test.

I'm ready for you.

our team is ready for off.  

 -> 우리팀이 떠날 준비가 되어있다.   our team is ready for  ( 우리팀은 준비가 되어있어 .)    off ( 떨어지다.)

관용적 표현

1. your car is ready (for collection),    =>  차 가져가세요.

2. your suit is ready ( for collection)   => 양복 다됬습니다.

2. be ready to + 동사

I'm ready to die for you. ~!!

I'm ready to face whatever !! 뭐든지 맞설 준비가 되어있습니다.

I'm ready to order. 주문 할게요~!

I'm ready to go out.

I'm ready to make a deal         나는 거래할준비가되어있습니다. 

I'm ready to give a presentation

ex) give a presentation : 프레젠테이션을 하다.
